CBSE (XII) students from Indian states continues to dominate the IIT selections. This year, around 59% CBSE candidates qualified for IIT admission. List of candidates selected for IIT shows that majority of them belong to CBSE, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan.
