“What is internationalism and how does it affect students?” La Martiniere girls found the answer to this question at a talk by a British Council official. Caroline Stockmann, Chief Financial Officer, British Council, spoke at length on the Relevance of Internationalism on Education. According to Stockmann, Internationalism is a two-way process that helps to achieve peace in the world. The discussion on importance of internationalism had quite an impact on the students. The School Principal was happy that her students had an opportunity to hear Stockmann speak about a prominent issue like internationalism. An exhibition was also held where the mementos received by the school on various occasions were displayed along with the work they have been doing through British Council programmes.
