22nd December is celebrated as the National Mathematics Day in the memory of the great mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan. It is appropriate to remind all readers the need for doing something more for the natural geniuses and thereby, to the scientific and technological development of India. Hence this proposal for a school for genius children. Though we as individuals owe a great deal to the contributions of many natural geniuses in many fields like Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Srinivasa Ramanujan, Peter Kapitza and Euler, we often forget the act that natural geniuses are not always supported by nature and struggle to cope with day to day life.Thus it is suggested that they be identified using the Mensa score and bring a maximum of 50 such children under one umbrella of a school within the IISc.
