It was a night of celebrations and recognition of academic excellence in the first annual day celebration of The Gaudium School. The event began with the traditional welcome dance and a prayer song sung by the students that had the audience spellbound.
The evening was witness to the cultural talents of the students who had the audience glued to their seats with their enactment of the story of `The Jungle Book’ which revolves around Mowgli, the hero and his curiosity about the world outside the jungle. The director of the school, Kirthi Reddy welcomed the gathering with Principal Hema Surapaneni, presenting the school annual report focussing on the school’s mile stone achievements. Sudhakar Reddy from the school presented a memento to CN Srikala Reddy as a token of respect from the Gaudium family. The chief guest Dr CN Gopinath Reddy IPS (retired), addressed the gathering. The gathering concluded with the vote of thanks, followed by the national anthem leaving behind the promise of a handful of brighter hues the next year.
The school also boasts of an interactive science park on campus for a first hand learning experience and improve the scientific temper in students. It has a gamut of indoor and outdoor sports facilities and a range of adventure sports to promote all round development. It implements Science, Technology, Engineering and Math education (STEM) program which is popular in USA, UK and East Asia.
