The New Cambridge High School, RPC Layout, recently held its annual sports meet. The drill by high school students were impressive. The day began with the unfurling of the flag, followed by the march past and lighting of the torch by founder and managing trustee G Louisa Manohari and other dignitaries, accompanied by vice-principal Dorothy Arun The guests, chief tennis coach at National Institute of Sports, SAI, M Stalin Nagarajan, deputy commissioner of police, law and order, Hubballi-Dharwad, Jinendra Khanagavi and South Indian actor Priya Mani gave away prizes and trophies. The closing ceremony saw a new set of individual champions and overall championships emerge.
