The CBSE annual board counselling was supposed to continue till 8th of June. A toll-free number 1800 11 8004 was provided to parents and students where trained counsellors and selected CBSE school principals answered to their queries between 8am to 10pm on all days. Counselling for differently-abled children were also available. According to a CBSE counselling official, the helpline received numerous phone calls.
