CBSE Class 10 Result 2016- Pune records 100 % result while Maharashtra continued to rank sixth with the success rate of 99.68% among nine states and Union territories in the Chennai region.
CBSE announced the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of students across the country on Saturday afternoon. The city registrated a marginal increase in the success rate to 99.69% this year compared to 99.03% in 2015.
City Pride School, Pune, registered 100% result for the fourth consecutive year. 34 students out of 86 scored 10 in CGPA, 28 students scored 9 CGPA whereas more than 13 students scored 8 CGPA and 11 students scored 7 CGPA and above, confirm the school official.
Avni Ankur Jain scored a massive 98.8% followed by Rishabh shivdarshan Agarwal with 98.4% in City Pride School. Three students bagged the third place by scoring a whopping 90%.
On the other hand, 17 students secured 10 CGPA at GG International School. Bharti Bhagwani, principal of the school said, “The students have once again proved their excellence in the sixth consecutive year with 100% results. Quality performance is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skilful execution.“ Around 22% students scored CGPA of 10 and 54% students scored CGPA of 9 and above.
The Amanora School also recorded 100% success, confirm the officials. Amey Todkar, Aparna Sawant, Deepsikha SM, Kshitija Godase, Swarnim Sonawane and Soumyabrata Bairagi scored 10 CGPA where Swarnim and Soumyabrata are the school toppers with 95.6% each. . 13 students scored a 10 CGPA in English and Hindi while 8 students in Mathematics, 9 in Science and 10 in Social Studies. A statement confirmed that the overall aggregate of the school lies between CGPA of 8.5 to 9.5.
The Amanora School also recorded 100% success, a statement issued by the school stated. Amey Todkar, Aparna Sawant, Deepsikha SM, Kshitija Godase, Swarnim Sonawane and Soumyabrata Bairagi scored 10 CGPA where Swarnim and Soumyabrata being the school toppers with 95.6% each. As many as 13 students scored a 10 CGPA in English and Hindi while 8 students in Mathematics, 9 in Science and 10 in Social Studies secured 10 CGPA. The overall aggregate of the school lies between CGPA of 8.5 to 9.5 with most students at the upper limit of the bar, added the statement.
