City schools have come up with innovative ideas to lessen school bags weight. While some made changes to timetables, some switched to e-learning, others have installed lockers and shelves in classrooms. Many schools have even asked their students to use 100-pages notebook.Schools are also providing worksheets instead of written notes to cut down the number of books. Hansraj Morarji Public School have made changes to their daily schedule so that students carry lesser books. In case a student requires a particular book regularly, the school has decided to make space for the books in the staff room so that students do not have to carry the same one every day.
