Just like last year, this year too, the daughters of the Nation have once again left the sons far behind in the Gujrat Board 10th Result 2016. The overall result of the Board Examinations which were held in march was 67.06% out of which, 63.62% were scored by the boys where as 72.11% were scored by the girls. According to the last year’s results, there has been a 5.5% rise in the success rate this year. Last year the boys had scored 61.53% whereas the girls made a high with 71%. The highest marks were scored by the students of Surat while the least 32.56% came from the Narmada district Gujarat. This year nearly 10, 81,356 students had given the exam out of which 6, 80,760 were boys and 4, 00,596 girls. 3111 students achieved Grade 1 (91-100 marks) and 23749 students scored Grade 2. The Results of Ahmedabad was 62.72%, Rajkot 66.22%, Vadodara 53.01 and Jamnagar was 57.99%.
