Fleet of 20 buses equipped with scientific exhibition from across India will be parked in the city for consecutive three days, starting from 17th November, 2015 to mark the Golden Jubilee of the Mobile Science Exhibition Programme (MSE) which was started in Kolkata in the year 1965. This is the largest and longest running non-formal science education programme in the country.
MSE was launched 50 years ago at Ramakrishna Mission School, Narendrapur, to promote cultivation of scientific temper.
