More than 50 principals and trained counsellors from private and government schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), psychologists and social scientists, will be part of the core team of the helpline that will become operational from 1stFebruary and continue to till June 2016.The helpline will counsel students preparing for Class X and XII examinations as well as their parents. Students can dial the toll-free helpline number 1800118004 and get in touch with the counsellors for one-to-one counselling over phone from 8 am to 10 pm. They can also get connected to the counsellors for professional counselling.
CBSE is also operating helplines in Japan, Kuwait, Doha, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Sultanate of Oman.
