Jyotirmoy Public School, affiliated to CBSE, organises Winter Carnival, in association with The Telegraph Young Metro on 6th& 7th December, 2015. The carnival is organised to develop various skills among the students:
- Entrepreneurial Skill: Having their own stalls to sell different items (food, gift and game items)
- Creative Skills: Various competitions in Dancing, Singing, Painting and Writing
- Reasoning Skills: Debate Competition
- Aesthetic Skills: Fashion Show
- Thinking Skills: Quiz Competition
- Social Skills: Through participating in the carnival.
