Students from Andaman and Nicobar Islands gets a chance to showcase their talents at the ‘Kala Utsav’ held under the aegis of Union HRD Ministry.
The four day event began at Bal Bhavan with the underlying theme of ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ and is being organised by NCERT. It brings together students from across India, who will showcase their respective cultures through dance, music, visual art and theatre. Over 1,300 students are taking part in the event having registered online under 144 projects.
