Students enrolled in Kendriya Vidyalaya can now learn Spanish, French and Mandarin as additional subjects apart from German from the coming academic session. The KV management has mooted a proposal in this regard in a recent meeting of its Board governors chaired by HRD Minister Smriti Irani. Languages will be taught provided that at least 15 students in a class opt for it.
