Souvik Barman (Rank-1st ) from Mathabhanga High School for Boys said that he studies 8-10 hours a day and also had seven private tutors. Though he likes to watch sports on TV, being a sports lover, he prefers playing it on the field. He aims to be an engineer or a doctor. He did not expect to top the list but had hoped to score above 90%.
Titas Dubey(Rank-2nd) from Simlapal Mangalmoyee Balika Vidyamandir feels great to have ranked second, because she is from Jangalmahal, which has been a troubled zone for many years. Her parents and school teachers helped her every moment. She had five private tutors. She loves watching English films and wants to become a doctor.
Subhrajit Mandal(Rank 3rd) from Chakdah Ramlal Academy worked very hard to achieve the success. He studied eight to nine hours a day before the exams. He had five private tutors and mathematics is his favourite subject. He wants to be an engineer.
Rajdeep Gangopadhyay (Rank 4th) from Balurghat High School says that he loves drawing and has been learning since many years. He aspires to become a doctor.
Debdatta Paul (Rank 2nd) from Ghutiabazar Binodini Girl’s High School studied hard for Madhyamik but also enjoyed her life. She loves listening music, dancing and drawing in her pastimes. She had six private tutors and wants to be a doctor.
Anik Ghosh(Rank 3rd) from Rampurhat Jitendralal Vidyabhavan said, “ I like to watch cartoons on television and imitate the voices of the characters. Feluda is my favourite fictional character. I had eight private tutors. I am grateful to my schoolteachers since they arranged for special coaching and three mock tests for me. I want to be a physician.”
