Maharishi International Residential School celebrated Pongal, Swami Vivekananda Jayanthi and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s birthday on 12th January 2016. The celebrations commenced at 7.30am on the school ground where Pongal was prepared by the teachers. The Chief Guest and other teachers honoured the cow to depict ‘Maatu Pongal’. The students also performed traditional dances.
