Rendezvous 2016, the school’s annual alumni get-together, organised by South Point Ex-Student’s Association (Aspexs), in association with The Telegraph, took off a quicker trot than ever before. The organisers aimed to surpass all the previous turnouts. Last year the footfall was about 1200. This year dinner had been delinked from the entry pass. This had brought down the entry fee to 250/- making it affordable for the recent pass-outs who are still in college. The reunion celebrations was held at Wet-o-Wild Nicco Park and the recent pass-outs had first walked in as soon as the gates were open.The ex-students comprised of recent pass-outs to year-old pass-outs. Everyone had a lot of fun at the event and got to meet each other after a long period.The School has found a place in the Guinness Book of World Records from 1984 to 1992 as the world’s biggest school in student population.
