We focus and discuss on the ways and methods of teaching but we never discuss its outcomes. After a child passes out from a school being a good human being, we say that the child was educated in the real sense. In the inaugural session, Prof Saroj Yadav, Dean Academics, NCERT; Ashok Pandey, Member Executive National Progressive School Conference and Principal, Ahlcon International School; and Vidushi Chaturvedi, Director Education NDMC discussed the role of educators, the importance of training the teachers, challenges faced by the government-run schools and innovative methods of teaching.
