A bunch of 50 kids from four city schools rediscovered a street that they have often passed by on a lazy Saturday morning. Students with few teachers from Mahadevi Birla Shishu Vihar, Akshar School, GD Birla Centre for Education and Mahadevi Birla World Academy walked down Park Street, Mirza Ghalib Street and Ripon Street as a part of the ‘Our Living Memory’ project presented by Bichitra Pathshala and supported by INTACH, I Lead and Calcutta Walks. Students discovered music and cuisines that are established in the city since years, which they have never been to but have crossed them many a times.
