Science60, an institute has held a special awareness workshop, Hands on Science Experiment for Children to educate both parents and children about the initiative. Practical experiments are what which makes science interesting and attractive for students and Science60 has decided to use it as a bait for an innovative and interesting way of learning the subject. Apart from setting up a centre, Science60 curriculum will be starting in GD Birla Centre for Education and Ashok Hall Girl’s Higher Secondary School. The elementary series for younger children will be having experiments around simple machines, principals of light, movement of molecules, friction and more. Besides in the intermediate series, children will get to experiment around levers, lemon battery, Newton’s Law and other scientific science concepts.
