A Class XI student of P.B. Academic School, Ankita Ghosal, was appointed as the OC in Kolkata after being awarded the first prize in an essay competition which was organised by Kolkata Traffic Police. “How you can reduce accidents?” was the topic of the essay. Her felicitation was done at Lal Bazar.
