The Times NIE enters the new academic year 2015-16 which is the 12th year of grooming its readers and star correspondents, it is set to unveil a new array of activities, readerfriendly content and more. To join the celebration of its new journey, 30 star correspondents from schools across the city gathered at the Times of India building to celebrate the joy. After an interaction with the team, students cut cake to welcome the new academic session. A student of Class IX, Aman Saraf from Cathedral and John Connon School feels that NIE had helped him to grow and develop as a student by creasing his writing skills. Not only did the newspaper imparted him with knowledge, but it had helped him to mould himself into a creative person with an avid interest in Indian and World affairs.
