Birla High School along with Sushila Birla Girls’ High School, saw a group of three teachers, from each school, going on the Teacher Exchange Program 2016 to their partner school, Kunming School, in China. The Birla High School saw three senior section teachers, namely Mr. Asit Kumar Maiti, Mr. Goutam Ghosh and Miss Pallavi Bhansali, accompany three other teachers from Sushila Birla Girls’ High School. The group of teachers undertook this journey to pay a visit to the schools’ classrooms, laboratories, library, art room, and the various indoor & outdoor academic departments. They also visited the museum of the school. Such programs not only help in breaking cross-cultural difference, but also helps to bridge the many gaps that are yet to be filled in order to attain education of such high class and quality. Imparting the knowledge of the various teaching methodology and also opening their eyes to such state-of-the-art facilities will only widen and broaden the ever expanding growth of the Indian Educational Institutions.
