Teachers might have their own ideology, but it should not stop them from carrying out their responsibilities and treating all the students equally. These words were said by civil rights activist and retired professor of University of Hyderabad, Professor G Haragopal. He delivered his lecture at PG College of Law, Osmania University. He said that teachers should evince more interest in educating the students from backward classes. They must take more interest in teaching students hailing from rural background and backward classes. It is the responsibility of teachers to see to the development of a student when he is in the school premises.
