All India Tennis Association recently ranked Bengaluru’s Naisha Srivastav (12) as the National No. 1 in the U-12 girl’s category. Coached by Dhyan Uthappa, the young talent trains at Tennis Advantage Academy. She has been playing tennis since the age of six. She is a student of Frank Anthony Public School who has won eight singles title in her age group in the year 2015 and was the runner-up in five tournaments. Soon after winning the U-12 title Super Series in Bhubaneshwar in September 2015, she bagged the U-14 title in Bengaluru.
