Principal of Mahindra World School was recently honoured with the National Education Award by the National Education Society, Maharashtra for her contribution to secondary school education. Her contributions has brought several laurels and awards to Mahindra World School including innovative award for ‘no bell in school’ as it encourages discipline and time management. She was also awarded the National Green Award for clean and hygienic school environment and International School Award by British Council.
Chennai Public Group of Schools was nominated by the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) to send its student delegation to the WFUNA International Model United Nations 2015 (WIMUN) held at the UN Headquarters, Manhattan, New York.

Sri RM Jain Vidyashram Sr. Secondary School, Tiruvallur conducted a movement `DEAR’ Drop Everything and Read, recently. The school launched this mass reading session by the students, teachers, staff and parents of the school. Around 2800 children from Kindergarten to Class XII along with their teachers took part in the session.
