The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Results 2016 is to be declared on 5Th June for the engineering and pharmaceutical portion of the state joint entrance. On that day, students can know their results either via the website or via SMS service, as instructed by the Registrar of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board, Dibyendu Kar. The exam was held on 17th May 2016.The following websites can be used to find out the results:

For facilitating the process, those students who will pre-register themselves at www.exametc.com using their mobile number and roll number will get to know their results via SMS shortly after declaration of results.

According to the Joint Entrance Board nearly 100 private and government college and universities, have around 36000 seats for engineering, architecture and pharmacy. The counseling for those seats will start from 9th June. This year, the total number of students who appeared for the Joint is about 1,25,000. There were 318 centres of the exam in West Bengal, along with the 4 from Tripura and 1 in Assam. The WBJEE for the Medical students will be held on 20th July,2016.
