Around 3,500 parents along with their children visited the Times NIE Fun Fest held at Sanskriti School, NIBM. The multi-event festival comprised entertainment and fun stalls, ranging from horse riding, aeromodelling, robotics, archery, shooting, face painting and tattoo making. Students showcased their creativity at clay modelling and art and craft kiosks. The sports event comprised volleyball, basketball, cricket and football. The key attraction of the event was Arsenal football camp where kids got valuable tips from the coaches. Also, on-the-spot certificates were also provided to students who won maximum points in games and sports.
The Helen O’ Grady International Academy provided students with the opportunity to groom their personality through theatre. One of the highlights of the day was a street play and a dance performance which was put up by `Sare Jahan Se Achha Foundation’ which showcased the habit of spitting and encouraged people to oppose it. This fun fest was a wonderful thing to explore talents and an opportunity for children to learn more.
