Lakshmipat Singhania Academy hosted the CBSE National Chess Tournament 2015. Nearly 78 schools along with 500 students participated in the tournament. Zones comprised of East, North I & II, West and South from India and the Gulf. States that participated were UP, Bihar and Jharkhand from the East, New Delhi from North I, Punjab and Haryana from North II, MP, Maharashtra and Rajasthan from West, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh from South participated alongside Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Qatar and Kuwait.
