Thirukkural in Parliament competition was conducted at Mahatma Senior Secondary School, Madurai. Over 6000 students from around 350 educational institutions took part in the competition. Arun Shankar of Class IX from Amrita Vidyalayam SS School, Chennai was one amongst the 133 winners. He is also the youngest recipient of this prize in the Chennai region.
