Over 2.9 lakh FYJC seats available for 2.7 lakh students who passed their Class X examination, leaving seats for every student. But students want admissions according to their selected colleges. Principals suggested that parents and students should be realistic about their choice of college and should consider their marks before getting admission. Students should always select their stream first and according to their choice only. They should not be pressurised by their peers or by their family. Also students should select such courses which will help them create a better future. Students wishing to opt for engineering should choose vocational stream while students aspiring to become a doctor should choose non-vocational stream. Overall, a student must keep their marks in mind and take action accordingly, so that they do not hamper their future.
