Events at Various City Schools Students

Students from Guru Nanak Public School, Punjabi Bagh, Reema Punj, with support extended by school chairman, visited Sukhshala, an old age home in New Rajinder Nagar. To break the monotony of their lives, the students offered them flowers, gifts and self-cooked foods. The interaction between students and the people living there helped them to learn a lesson and let them aware of the pain these people live with.
Rukmini Devi Public School, Pitampura, celebrated its annual cultural fiesta ‘Chrysalis 2015’. The senior students hosted the event under the guidance of the school principal. During the prize distribution ceremony, students were appreciated and given awards for their scholastic and co-scholastic achievements.
DPS Vasant Kunj held its investiture ceremony for the academic session 2015-16. The school choir welcomed the gathering through a lilting yet rousing song. The ceremony concluded with the national anthem being sung.
Cambridge Foundation School, Rajouri Garden organised myriad activities as a part of its golden jubilee celebrations. Topical and worthy themes were selected for every class, wherein each section of the class worked on a particular aspect of the chosen theme. Students were guided by their respective teachers.
