Schools have found a way to keep their students busy at home by sending revision tests and homework assignments online to compensate for lessons missed during the 17-day holiday period. Students are now learning about Archimedes principle, explain process of distillation and filtration and draw food chains as a part of their revision tests instead of sitting idle at home. Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram in Kilpauk sent revision tests similar to the pattern set for Formative Assessment test that was scheduled after the Diwali holidays. Parents too have received the study material to help supervise the younger students at home. Class XII students have been compulsorily asked to submit the answer sheets to the school after classes resume. Kids Central in Kotturpuram and Shreeniketan group of schools in Tiruvallur have sent assignments online to their students to ensure that they brush up on all their concepts.
