Students of St. Xavier’s Collegiate School hosted Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely for the second ALSOC Distinguished Lecture, giving an eager audience and informed children an opportunity to hear and interact with one of the most articulate politician of India. Jaitely discussed on topics ranging from dynastic politics to the deteriorating quality of debate in Parliament. The young audience then engaged the finance minister in a lively question answer session. Being a lawyer of repute, he was categorical and logical in his speech. Jaitely, an alumnus of St. Xavier’s School, Delhi, complimented his audience for its conduct.
