Blue Bells Group of Schools, affiliated to CBSE, invites job applications for the academic session 2016-17 for the following positions:
Academic & Allied Positions
- Head of Curriculum Department & Training: Candidates must be Post Graduate, B.Ed., M.Phil./PhD and must have 15-20 years of experience and must be aware of the emerging practices in education & NCF 2005. Age group:40-55 years.
- Curriculum Developers: Candidates must be Post Graduate, B.Ed./ B.EI.Ed. Degree/Diploma in ECE and must have minimum 10 years’ experience and 3-5 years in curriculum development. Age group: 30-45years.
- PGT: Required for English/Psychology/Commerce/Economics/Physics/Maths/Chemistry. Candidates must be Post Graduate in respective subjects and B.Ed. Must also have 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- TGT: Candidates are required for SST/English/Maths/Integrated Science/Computers/Home Science/French. Candidates must be preferably Graduate/Post Graduate with Honours, B.Ed. and must have minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Primary Teachers: Required for English/EVS/Maths/Hindi. Candidates must be Graduate/Post Graduate with Honours, B.Ed. with minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience. Female candidates are only preferable.
- Pre-Primary Teachers: Candidates must be Graduate/NTT/Degree/Diploma in ECE. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience and should have skills of teaching through activities, technology and teaching aids. Only female candidates will be preferred.
- Pre-Primary Co-teachers: Candidates must be Graduate/NTTand must have 0-1 years of experience. Female candidates will only be preferred.
- Music Teacher (Vocal/Instrumental): Candidates must be Masters/Diploma in respective subjects and must have 3-5 years of experience. Must also have knowledge of western, classical, light and folk music. Female candidates will be preferred.
- Dance Teacher (Female): Required for Classical, Folk and Creative Dance. Must hold Degree/Diploma from a recognised institution and must have 3-5 years of experience.
- Lab In charge (G.Sc, Maths): Candidates must be graduate in relevant subject and must have 2-3 years’ experience.
- Art, Craft & Culture: Candidates must be BFA/Diploma in Arts/Sculpture and must have 3-5 years’ experience.
- School Counsellor: Candidates must be Master’s in Counselling/Clinical/Child Psychology. Must be capable of handling behavioural issues and have 5-8 years’ relevant experience. Female candidates will be preferred.
- Coaches (Part time/Full Time): Required for Basketball, TT, Chess, Hockey and Yoga.
Administrative/Accounts/Office Positions
- Head-Human Resource: Must have MBA or Equivalent Degree and must have 10-15 years of experience. Age Group: 35-45 years.
- Head-Admin & Procurement: Must be Graduate/Post Graduate with 15-20 years’ experience. Age group:40-50years.
- Administrative Officer: Candidates shall head the administration of a branch of the Group. Candidates must be Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 10 years’ experience. Age group: 35-45 years.
- Admin Executive: Shall support and assist the Administrative Officer at branch level.
- Project Engineer: Required Civil Engineer/Diploma with 15-20 years’ experience in handling civil & interiors.
- Housekeeping/Transport Supervisor: Candidates must be Graduate with 5-8 years’ experience. Age group: 25-35 years.
- Accountant: CA/ICWA (Inter)/M.Com with 5-8 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Direct Taxation, Compliance, Costing and Budgeting.
- Front Office Executive: Female candidates are preferable. Must be Graduate with fluency in English and must be capable of handling visitors and telephonic communications. Must be computer literate with minimum 3 years’ experience. Age group: 25-30 years.
Other Positions
- ERP Specialist: Candidates must be M.Tech. / MCA with 8-10 years’ experience.
- Graphic Designer: Candidates must hold Degree/Diploma in Graphic Designing and must have 3-5 years’ experience. Age group: 25-35 years.
