- Principals: G with B.Ed., must have 5-10 years’ experience.
- Vice Principals: G with B.Ed., must have 2-3 years’ experience.
- Counsellors/Soft Skill Trainers: G/Graduates in guidance and counselling with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Pre-Primary Co-ordinators: G/Graduates with TT/PPT/NTT/Diploma ECE. Leadership ability minimum 3 years of experience in organising educational/academic programmes.
- Primary Co-ordinators: G/ Graduates in any stream with minimum 3 years of experience in organising educational/academic programmes. Ability to lead the team.
- Activity Teachers: Yoga, karate, Dramatics & Theatre, dance, Music, Art, Craft and P.E.T with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Language Teachers: English, Hindi, Tamil, French & Sanskrit. P.G/Graduates, B.Ed., with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Pre-Primary Teachers: Graduates with NTT/MTT/PPT/Diploma ECE with 2 years of experience.
- Primary Teachers: G/Graduates with B.Ed. with minimum 2 years of experience.
- High School Teachers: Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies. P.G/Graduates with B.Ed. with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Specialised Teachers: For IIT, Medical, and Olympiad Foundation. P.G/Graduates with B.Ed. with minimum 3 years of experience.
